Description: The count of transmitted updates sent to peer for the HA client.
What is cufwFOLUTransmitCount?
This read-only Counter32 counts the updates transmitted to the peer unit for a specific HA client. An admin can use it to verify that a given subsystem's state updates are actually being sent across the failover link as expected. A count stuck at zero for a client an admin expects to be active would suggest that subsystem isn't sending any state updates at all.
