This read-write TruthValue controls the administrative state of whether the firewall sends an SNMP notification when a new primary URL filtering server is elected, whether due to the current primary becoming unavailable or an explicit management decision to nominate a different server. An admin enables this to be alerted automatically whenever the primary filtering server changes, rather than having to poll cufwUrlfServerStatus manually. Turning this on would let an admin get proactively notified the moment a URLF server failover happens instead of discovering it later during routine checks.
