What is cufwCntlCluStateChange?
This read-write TruthValue controls the administrative state of whether the firewall sends an SNMP notification when a new master is elected in a cluster unit. An admin enables this to be proactively alerted to master-election events in a cluster rather than relying on manual polling of cufwCluUnitState. Turning this on for a production cluster would ensure an admin learns immediately when cluster mastership changes rather than only noticing during a later status check.
