This read-only TimeTicks counts time since this specific module was last reset, independent of the switch's own uptime in ciscoTsStackSwitchUptime. A module showing a much shorter uptime than the switch it's plugged into indicates that module reset or was reseated more recently than the chassis as a whole, useful for correlating a recent intermittent-module complaint with an actual reset event. If a switch has been up for 30 days but one module reports only 2 hours of uptime, that module likely just failed and self-recovered, or was just reseated.
