What is ceSctpStatDatagramsSent?
This counter is the device-wide total number of SCTP packets sent by this device, excluding retransmissions. Watching it alongside ceSctpStatChunksSent shows this device's own outbound packing efficiency: a device sending one datagram per chunk generates more network overhead than one bundling several chunks per packet. If datagrams sent tracks almost exactly with chunks sent, this device is sending nearly every chunk in its own packet, adding per-message overhead on links that may be bandwidth-constrained.
