OID (symbolic): CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB::crasNumUsers

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.392.1.3.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Gauge32

Access: read-only

Description: The number of users who have active sessions.

What is crasNumUsers?

This object reports the number of distinct users who currently have at least one active remote-access session, a headcount metric distinct from crasNumSessions since a single user could in principle have more than one active session. It matters for understanding actual utilization in human terms rather than raw connection counts; comparing this against crasMaxUsersSupportable tells an admin how close the device is to its per-user capacity limit specifically, separate from the session-count limit. If this value is consistently well below crasMaxUsersSupportable while crasNumSessions is near its own limit, that would suggest individual users are opening multiple sessions each rather than the device simply having too many distinct users.
