What is crasCntlTooHighThroughput?
This read-write object is the administrative switch controlling whether the ciscoRasTooHighThroughput trap fires when the crasThrMaxThroughput threshold is crossed. An admin who has configured a throughput threshold to catch WAN saturation events needs this flag set to true for that threshold to translate into an actual alert. Leaving it false means the throughput ceiling is defined on paper but the device will not proactively notify anyone when it is breached.
