What is qosDevicePibTtl?

This object specifies how long (in seconds) a Policy Information Base (PIB) remains enforced after a management client disconnects or a TCP connection times out. The device continues to apply the cached policies until this time-to-live period expires. Operators configure this value to balance between maintaining consistent policy enforcement and allowing policy updates after client disconnection.
