What is cospfShamLinkNbrHelloSuppressed?

This object reports whether Hello packets are currently being suppressed toward this sham link neighbor, a state OSPF can enter under certain demand-circuit-style configurations to reduce unnecessary periodic traffic once an adjacency is already considered stable. It matters because if this reports true unexpectedly on a link an admin does not believe is configured for Hello suppression, that could explain apparent adjacency inactivity that is actually normal, intentional behavior rather than a fault. An admin troubleshooting why they do not see Hello traffic on this sham link should check this value before assuming something is broken.
