What is cnpdNotificationsEnable?

This object is the master on/off switch for all NBAR Protocol Discovery notifications on the device, overriding any per-threshold configuration if set to disable. It matters as a single point of control an admin can flip to silence all protocol-discovery-related traps during planned maintenance without having to individually disable every configured threshold rule. Setting this to false during a scheduled network change would suppress all Protocol Discovery threshold notifications device-wide, even if individual threshold rules remain configured and technically active underneath.
