What is cnpdAllStatsOutPkts?
This counter is the outbound twin of cnpdAllStatsInPkts, tracking how many packets classified as a given protocol have left the interface rather than arrived on it. Comparing in versus out packet counts for the same protocol lets an admin spot asymmetric traffic patterns, such as a protocol that receives far more than it sends, typical of downloads, versus one that is balanced, typical of interactive sessions. If 'http' shows heavy inbound but light outbound counts, that is consistent with users browsing and downloading web content through this interface.
