What is cIscsiSsnDataSequenceInOrder?

This TruthValue reports whether the iSCSI session enforces strict, continuously increasing data-offset ordering for PDU sequences, or instead allows the initiator and target to send data segments in any order except during error recovery. An admin cares because storage arrays and HBAs that require in-order delivery will fail or slow down if paired with an endpoint running in the relaxed mode, so this flag explains behavior differences between two seemingly identical iSCSI sessions. For example, a Cisco MDS iSCSI gateway session to an older HBA might report true (strict ordering), while a session between two modern initiators optimized for parallel transfer reports false.
