What is cifIkeTunInP2ExchgRejects?
This counts Phase-2 exchanges received on this tunnel that were well-formed but rejected by local policy, per its description - the counterpart to InP2ExchgInvalids, but for policy mismatches rather than malformed data. An admin checks this when a remote peer keeps trying to bring up an IPsec SA for traffic that doesn't match the local crypto ACL. If a partner starts routing traffic for a newly added subnet without updating both ends' access lists, this counter climbs with every retry.
