What is cifIkeTunHistInP2Exchgs?
This preserves the final count of Phase-2 exchanges received by a Phase-1 tunnel before it expired, per its description, the historical twin of the live cifIkeTunInP2Exchgs object. It lets an admin retroactively judge how much IPsec SA activity a since-torn-down tunnel had been handling, useful when correlating a VPN outage with how busy that tunnel was. A history record showing thousands of Phase-2 exchanges on a tunnel that then failed suggests it may have hit a software or hardware SA-count limit.
