Description: This object represents the elapsed time in milliseconds since last protocol output packet was transmitted.
Discontinuities in the value of this variable can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the values of cieIfPacketDiscontinuityTime.
What is cieIfLastOutTime?
Reports the elapsed time in milliseconds since the interface last transmitted a protocol output packet, useful for detecting inactive or idle interfaces. Discontinuities can occur on management system re-initialization.
