Description: The master router's real IP address. This is the IP address listed as the source in VRRP advertisement last received by this virtual router.

What is cVrrpOperationsMasterIpAddr?

This is the actual real (not virtual) source IP address of the current master router, as learned from the most recent VRRP advertisement this router received, letting a backup router or a monitoring station know exactly which physical router is currently active. It's directly useful for tracing traffic or troubleshooting steps to the correct physical device, since the virtual IP itself doesn't tell you which physical router is currently answering for it. If this value changes unexpectedly on a backup router without a corresponding planned failover event, that's the first sign a master transition just occurred and warrants checking why the previous master stopped advertising.
