This is the RowStatus control for a single-carrier modulation (SCM) configuration profile row, governing the create/activate-with-validation/destroy-requires-unreferenced lifecycle for the whole set of SCM-specific parameters - interleave depth, codeword size, PSD mask and level, symbol rate, constellation size, center frequency - as one coherent unit. Setting this to active triggers validation of all those SCM parameters together, which matters because some combinations, like a symbol rate and constellation size that would exceed the line's actual capability, only make sense to check as a complete set. This is the object an operator sets last, after populating all the individual SCM tuning parameters, to actually commit and validate the finished profile.
