What is cvdslInvVendorID?

This is the vendor identification code the remote VDSL transceiver unit sent during its initialization handshake, expressed as human-readable characters rather than raw binary, identifying who manufactured the equipment on the far end of the line. It's useful for spotting interoperability issues on lines mixing equipment from multiple vendors, since certain vendor pairings are known to negotiate suboptimal parameters or fail to interoperate cleanly at all. Seeing an unexpected vendor ID on a line that's supposed to be using only approved, tested modem hardware is a red flag for an unauthorized or unsupported device having been connected.

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-IETF-VDSL-LINE-MIB::cvdslInvVendorID

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.87.1.1.2.1.3.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-IETF-VDSL-LINE-MIB::cvdslInvVendorID.1

SNMPv3 example:
