Description: The desired state of the termination. The testing(3) state indicates that no connections can be created for this termination. When a managed system initializes, all terminations start with cmedTermAdminStatus in the outOfService(2) state. As a result of either explicit management action or per configuration information retained by the managed system, cmedTermAdminStatus is then changed to either the inService(1) or testing(3) states (or remains in the outOfService(2) state).

What is cmedTermAdminStatus?

Configures the desired administrative state of a termination (e.g., in service, out of service, or testing), controlling whether connections can be created on it.
