What is ciiRAExistState?

This is the existence state of this Reachable Address, following the ManualOrAutomatic behaviors. It controls whether a manually or automatically created OSI Reachable Address entry exists, and the ManualOrAutomatic behavior means an entry created automatically by route redistribution cannot necessarily be manipulated the same way as one an admin created by hand. For example, an admin trying to manually destroy a Reachable Address entry that was actually created automatically via redistribution from another protocol may find the operation behaves differently than deleting a purely manual entry.
