This is a notification-only object, carried inside an SNMP trap rather than appearing as a regular polled value, identifying exactly which LSP by its full LSP ID triggered a given IS-IS event notification, sparing the admin from cross-referencing a separate table to find out which LSP an alert is even about. For example, a trap fired for a malformed-PDU event would include this object so the admin immediately knows which specific LSP ID, and therefore which originating router, is implicated without needing to correlate against the log table separately.
