What is ciiCircLevelWideMetric?
This is the wide metric value of this circuit for this level. It is the 32-bit wide-metric equivalent of ciiCircLevelMetric, needed once the router and area have moved to wide metrics for finer-grained cost differentiation than the narrow metric's 0-63 range allows, and an admin running a mixed deployment must keep both metric objects consistent on the same circuit. For example, a 10 Gbps core link might be assigned a wide metric of 100 while a legacy 1 Gbps link gets 1000, a level of cost granularity the narrow metric's 63-point ceiling could not express.
