What is ciiCircLevelMetric?
This is the metric value of this circuit for this level. It is the narrow, 0-63 routing cost the router assigns to this specific circuit, which directly drives SPF path selection since two circuits to the same destination with different metrics will have SPF prefer the lower-cost one. For example, setting a satellite backup circuit's metric to 60, near the narrow-metric ceiling of 63, ensures SPF will only ever prefer it over the primary terrestrial link if every other path in the area is completely unavailable.
