Description: A notification sent when an adjacency changes state, entering or leaving state up. The first 6 bytes of the ciiPduLspId are the SystemID of the adjacent IS. The ciiAdjState is the new state of the adjacency.

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
