What is cmplsFrrConstRowStatus?
This is used to create, modify, or delete a row in this FRR constraint table. It is the standard SNMP RowStatus control an admin sets to activate or remove a set of FRR constraint parameters for a given tunnel, and until it is set to active the other constraint values in that same row -- setup priority, affinities, hop limit, bandwidth -- do not take effect. For example, a provisioning script writes the desired hop limit and bandwidth values and then sets this to createAndGo in the same SNMP SET PDU to atomically activate a new FRR constraint row for a tunnel.
