A shared network is the logical aggregation of one or more subnets that share a common network segment (e.g., multi- tapped coaxial cable, wiring hub, or switch). This table is present ONLY for those servers that organize the ranges of addresses available for assignment where a higher-level grouping (i.e., the 'shared' network) exists above ranges and subnets.
