Description: The T3-RESPONSE timer for retransmission. This timer is started by a GSN, upon the transmission of a signalling request message; it is used for message retransmission purposes, in the event that no response is received by the time the timer expires.
What is cGtpT3ResponseTimer?
Configures the T3-RESPONSE retransmission timer that a GSN starts after sending a signalling request, used to detect and trigger retransmission when no response arrives in time.
