Description: This table contains information about each applied threshold configuration for each resource owner sub-type <-> resource user/group relationship. This table will have an entry for each threshold configuration for each resource owner sub-type <-> resource user/group relationship for which a rising threshold value is set. If rising threshold value is not set for a resource owner sub-type <-> resource user/group relationship, then an entry will not be present in this table for the relationship.
