What is cermResOwnerName?
This is the name of a specific hardware or system resource type being tracked by ERM, with Cisco's own examples being simply cpu and memory. Each entry in the resource owner table represents one such trackable resource, and this name is the human-readable anchor an admin uses to know which system resource a given threshold or usage entry actually applies to. A cermResOwnerTable with two rows named cpu and memory means an admin configuring per-resource thresholds needs to pick which of those two rows to attach a rising/falling threshold policy to.
