Description: An entry containing information about a resource monitor in the system.
Whenever a new resource monitor is registered with the ERM framework, an entry will be included in this table for the resource monitor. Likewise, whenever a resource monitor is unregistered from the ERM framework, the corresponding resource monitor entry will be removed from this table.
The entPhysicalIndex represents the physical entity to which the resource monitor belongs. Only 'module' class physical entities which run operating system with the ERM framework, are applicable here.
