For example, 'processor' and 'io' are sub-types of the 'memory' resource owner. Each resource owner sub-type may have different threshold configuration. This object indicates the 'cermResOwnerSubTypeId' value (in the cermResOwnerSubTypeTable) for the corresponding resource owner sub-type.
