The entry is read-only. The creation or the deletion of an entry will be a by-product of the entry in the cdslLocalIPAddrRangeTable. When an entry is created and activated in that table, an entry in this table will come into existance if it is not already so. When an entry is deleted in that table, if there is no other entry existing in that table with the same cdslNrpSlotIndex and cdslLocalIpAddrPoolName, the netry in this table with the same indices will diappear from the table.
