Description:
This object sets the World-Mode function of the radio to allow it to function in countries other than it was manufactured for. none(1) - No world mode setting, legacy(2) - compatible with legacy hardware, dot11d(3) - use IEEE 802.11d mechanism.
What is cd11IfWorldMode?
This object configures the World Mode function on a wireless radio interface to allow it to operate in countries other than where it was manufactured. An operator would set this to 'dot11d' to enable IEEE 802.11d dynamic country code support, or use 'legacy' for compatibility with older equipment. This allows a single radio to be regulatory-compliant in multiple jurisdictions.
