Description: The total time, in seconds, this standby monitoring radio unit can tolerate the failure of polling of the active radio unit. After this duration, one more failure of the polling will trigger this hot standby monitoring radio to take over and become an active radio. It will then stop all monitoring activity and set the instance of cd11IfLocalRadioMonitorStatus indexed by the failed radio cd11IfRemoteRadioMacAddr to 'active'.
