This object reports the average number of ancillary data packets for this service that were successfully transmitted per video frame. This is the healthy-packet-flow baseline an admin compares against vancServiceStatusPacketsDroppedAvg for the same service to judge what fraction of this service's packets are making it through cleanly versus being lost. If this object for a given service unexpectedly drops toward zero while the dropped-packet counter rises, an admin would have clear evidence that service's data delivery is degrading in this specific device or link.
