Description: This notification is generated when it is detected that a node in a managed DMS cluster has transitioned to active state, that is, the value of the object 'cdmsHaDmmClusterMemberOperState' or 'cdmsHaVpClusterMemberOperState' has transitioned to 'active'.
This object specifies the administrative state of sending the 'ciscoDmsHaClusterNodeDown' notification to signal the fact that a component in a DMS cluster has transitioned to inactive state.
