Description: A notification of this type is generated for the service specified by ccsServiceNameNotifInfo if the number of the responses that are received on the Traffic Processor from the network server and exceed the response time (ccsNetServerFirstPayloadResponseTime) for the first payload packet is equal to or lower than ccsNetServerResponseTimeFailClearThreshold when the timer ccsAdControlAlarmUpdateTimer expires. The notification is also generated when the update timer, the response time, the alarm threshold, or the clear threshold is changed. The notification is generated only when the alarm (ciscoContentServicesNetServerResponseTimeExceeded) exists, The ccsAdControlNotifEnabled has to set to 'true' to generate the notification. The update timer will be restarted after the notification is generated.
