Description: This table contains the attributes which define the bandwidth utilization thresholds for the upstream and downstream interfaces and when the load on these interfaces exceeds the upper threshold, the monitoring of the associated modems service flows starts, and it stops when the interface utilization drops below the lower threshold. For the monitoring to start, there should be appropriate enforce-rules defined. In case no thresholds are defined, by default the monitoring of modems would take place if the appropriate enforce-rules are present.
