Description: The minimum VCI that the signalling stack on the ATM interface is configured to support for allocation to switched virtual channel connections.

What is ciscoatmInterfaceConfMinSvccVci?

This read-write value sets the minimum VCI the signalling stack on this ATM interface is configured to support for allocation to switched virtual channel connections. It sets the floor of the VCI range the signaling stack will allocate to new switched virtual channels, reserving anything below it for other uses such as reserved VCIs or PVCs, so raising this value shrinks the pool available for new SVCCs from the bottom of the range up. Setting this to 100 instead of the protocol minimum of 32 reserves VCIs 32 through 99 on this interface for other purposes and keeps the signaling stack from ever assigning a new SVCC into that reserved range.
