Description: ATM virtual interface's maximum cell rate. If bandwidth is available, the interface will be allocated bandwidth upto this value. The total bandwidth of connections configured over this interface cannot exceed this value. The value of this object can't exceed the 'ifSpeed' or 'ifHighSpeed' value in ifTable for the associated 'caviPhyIfIndex'. ATM cell bandwidths for various physical lines are:
