What is cienaCesRmonTransferName?

This configures the base filename, up to 16 characters, used when naming RMON files generated and pushed by this device. Because multiple devices likely push files to the same central archive server, a distinctive value here rather than every device's default is what prevents one device's RMON files from silently overwriting another device's files of the same name in a shared destination directory. For example, setting this to SW-CoreA rather than leaving every switch at an identical default name ensures files from this specific switch are easy to pick out of a shared archive directory alongside dozens of other devices' pushes.
