What is cienaCesRmonHistAutoConfigOwner?
This sets the RMON owner string that will be recorded on future auto-created Ethernet history entries, identifying who or what provisioned them. Because RMON allows any management station to modify or delete an entry it doesn't own, setting a clear, consistent owner string here helps other admins or tools recognize that a given history entry was auto-created by this mechanism rather than manually provisioned, reducing the chance someone accidentally deletes it thinking it's unused. For example, setting this to auto-hist-config rather than leaving it blank lets an admin scanning the RMON history table immediately distinguish auto-provisioned entries from ones a person set up by hand.
