Description: The slot number for which this entry contains an auto response script. NAC slots are numbered from 1 to 16. The Network Management Card (NMC) goes into slot 17. To keep things simple, the corresponding NIC slot numbers are from 21 to 37. Rows for slots 18 to 20 do not exist.
What is uchasArSlotIndex?
This index identifies which physical slot a given auto-response-script table entry applies to, using the identical numbering scheme as uchasSlotIndex -- NAC bays 1-16, NMC at 17, NIC bays 21-37, with 18-20 nonexistent. An admin needs this because, unlike the chassis-wide PSU/fan/temperature scripts, per-slot event scripts are configured independently for each bay, so this index is what ties a specific script configuration to the specific card it should react to. For example, an admin wanting a distinct reinit script only for the NAC in slot 4 (versus the generic behavior everywhere else) would set uchasArSlotIndex to 4 for that particular row.
