Description: This script is triggered when the NMC detects that voltage levels, for at least one power supply on the mid plane, are outside the normal operating range.

What is uchasArPsuVoltOutOfRange?

This field holds the name or identifier of an auto-response script that the NMC will automatically execute when it detects any power supply's voltage drifting outside its normal operating range on the chassis midplane, giving the admin a way to script an automated reaction rather than just relying on the trap notification. An admin populates this with a script name to get unattended remediation the moment voltage drift is detected, rather than waiting for a human to see the corresponding trap and act manually. For example, an admin might set this field to a script that automatically triggers a controlled failover to redundant power distribution the instant midplane voltage on any PSU goes out of range, buying time before a human even sees the alert.
