This object reports the maximum number of rule entries the agent supports in checkRuleTable, with 0 meaning no fixed limit; exceeding it when creating a new row causes a resourceUnavailable error. Since each check can have multiple associated rules, an admin designing complex multi-condition checks, several comparison rules per check, needs to track total rule count against this ceiling across the whole table, not just per check. An admin defining 5 comparison rules for each of 30 checks, 150 rules total, would need this object to report at least 150, or later rule creation attempts will fail.
