This object is a simple switch that turns automatic Daylight Saving Time adjustment on or off for the chassis clock. An admin in a region that doesn't observe DST, or during a transition period when local DST rules changed, would disable this to prevent the chassis from auto-shifting its clock at the wrong time and desynchronizing timestamps from actual local time. A chassis deployed in Arizona, which doesn't observe DST, would have chasTimezoneDstAdmin set to disable(2) to keep its clock from auto-adjusting every spring and fall.
