Description: The channelId shall be a Class D IP address allocated to the multicast channel regardless of whether the channel is delivering video over UDP/IP multicast or AAL5. Where DSM-CC is used as the channel change protocol, this is also the DSM-CC Broadcast Program ID (BPID). This facilitates transparent mapping between the IGMP and DSM-CC channel change protocols.
