Description: Number of bytes corrected by the FEC

What is gnGenXBytesCorrected?

This counts bytes that arrived with errors but were successfully repaired by the link's forward error correction before being passed up the stack, distinct from gnGenXDefectBlocks which counts errors FEC couldn't fix. It matters as an early-warning trend indicator: a steadily climbing correction count, even with defect blocks still at zero, shows the radio path is under more stress than usual and getting closer to the point where FEC can no longer keep up. An admin watching this counter grow faster than usual on a particular hop during marginal weather would treat it as a leading indicator to schedule an antenna alignment check before actual uncorrectable errors start appearing.
