This is the class-3 counterpart in the same three-way interface classification scheme, reporting the actual count of interfaces this radio currently has assigned to class 3. Together with the class 1 and class 2 counters, an admin can reconcile the total interface count reported across all three classes against the physical and logical interfaces they expect the unit to have provisioned. A monitoring script correlating all three class counters against total known interfaces on the link would use this value to detect if any interfaces have silently disappeared from classification.
