Description: Indicates that this RIF entry is valid if set. A unique RIF entry may be deleted only if it is not in use by a station.

What is rifInUse?

A read-write flag indicating whether a given RIF table entry is currently valid/in use; a unique RIF entry can only be deleted when no station is using it.
